The 15-year-old son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann has been arrested and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, according to court documents.
The arrest follows an allegation by a female classmate who reported an incident at Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23. The alleged victim told authorities she was at the gym when she encountered the teenager, and the two eventually went into a co-ed sauna together.
According to the police report, the girl claimed the teenager began touching her inappropriately. When she told him no, she alleged he continued and at one point forced her mouth on his penis. She also alleged he digitally penetrated her vagina and attempted multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.
The alleged victim and her father reported the incident to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, prompting police to launch an investigation. An officer was dispatched to the hospital for a reported sexual assault and began attempting to contact the teenager as part of the investigation.
The teenager was taken into custody on Monday. Court documents from Fulton County Georgia Juvenile Court detail the charges and allegations against him.
