Two teenagers were stabbed during a fight outside an apartment building in Queens on Monday evening, authorities said.
The incident occurred outside a building on 31st Avenue and 45th Street in Astoria around 8:30 p.m. A 16-year-old boy sustained stab wounds to the head, neck and back, while an 18-year-old was stabbed in the face.
The 16-year-old was transported to Harlem Hospital, and the 18-year-old was taken to Elmhurst Hospital. Both individuals are listed in stable condition, police said.
According to reports, police believe the stabbing stemmed from an argument that escalated into violence involving five possible suspects. No arrests have been made as of Monday evening. The investigation remains ongoing, with additional details not yet disclosed.
