Flamengo delegation returns to Rio de Janeiro after winning fourth Libertadores title
The Flamengo football club delegation landed in Rio de Janeiro Saturday morning following their Libertadores victory, heading to the city center for celebrations with an estimated 500,000 fans.

The delegation of the Flamengo football club, which recently secured its fourth Copa Libertadores title, arrived in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday morning.
The chartered plane carrying the team and staff landed at Antônio Carlos Jobim International Airport at 9:38 AM, having traveled from Lima, where the championship final was held.
Upon arrival, the players proceeded immediately toward the Center of Rio de Janeiro to participate in a celebratory parade. The team traveled on a sound truck (trio elétrico) to meet an estimated 500,000 fans who were awaiting the champions.
Despite the ongoing celebrations for the continental championship, the club still faces upcoming fixtures. Flamengo is scheduled to compete in remaining matches for the Brasileirão league and is also set to participate in the Copa Intercontinental tournament in Qatar.
