Peptide Critic published independent laboratory findings Wednesday from four sealed vials of research compounds purchased over the counter at a Brooklyn smoke shop, revealing that none of the samples matched the identity reference standard for the substance named on their labels.
The purchase included two INDR Labs-branded vials labeled Retatrutide 10 mg and two labeled NAD+ 500 mg, all obtained from Smoker's World in Brooklyn. Peptide Critic submitted all four vials to Analytical Formulations, Inc. for independent testing.
According to the laboratory reports, neither retatrutide sample matched the applicable identity reference standard for retatrutide. The independent lab could not confirm the presence of retatrutide in either vial. Similarly, the two NAD+ samples failed to match the identity reference standard for NAD+, with the lab unable to confirm NAD+ in those samples.
Across all four vials tested, purity and quantity were indeterminate, meaning the laboratory could not establish the actual composition or concentration of the compounds present in the sealed containers as purchased from the retail location.
