Kanye West has partnered with Israeli businessman Guy Beser to stage a concert at Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi, Georgia. The show's 70,000 tickets sold out within a day of going on sale.
Beser's production company, Blue Stone Productions, is handling the concert's production. According to Beser's LinkedIn profile, he founded Live Nation Israel and serves as CEO of that entity.
Live Nation, the global promotion company, clarified its role in the arrangement. A Live Nation spokesperson told media outlets that while the company has partnered with Beser and Blue Stone Productions in the past—and reportedly acquired a majority stake in Blue Stone in 2017—it is not promoting or producing West's Georgia date. Live Nation stated it has no involvement in the specific concert.
The partnership marks a notable shift in West's public positioning. The announcement comes years after the rapper made controversial statements regarding Jewish people, which he has since walked back.
