Italian showman Rosario Fiorello announced on his program La Pennicanza that rock band Maneskin plans to reunite at the 2027 Sanremo Festival, according to conversations he had with two band members.

Fiorello said he encountered Ethan Torchio, the band's drummer, and Thomas Raggi, guitarist, at the Internazionali d'Italia tennis tournament in Rome. He asked them directly whether rumors of a reunion were true, saying: "But is it true that you're getting back together? Does this news correspond to reality?"

According to Fiorello's account, both musicians confirmed the reunion would take place. Torchio and Raggi told him: "Yes, it's true. The reunion will be done at Sanremo 2027."

Maneskin, composed of Damiano David, Victoria De Angelis, Thomas Raggi, and Ethan Torchio, won the Sanremo Festival in 2021 with the song "Zitti e buoni" before achieving international success and winning the Eurovision Song Contest that same year.

The band's potential return to Sanremo would occur under the direction of Stefano De Martino, who is conducting the 2027 edition of the festival. De Martino recently took over as host and artistic director from Carlo Conti at the Teatro Ariston.

Speculation about a Maneskin reunion had circulated in recent weeks after the band members were photographed together in Rome during celebrations for Victoria De Angelis's birthday. Their manager, Fabrizio Ferraguzzo, was also present at the gathering, which fueled reports of a potential reunion.
