The roster solidifies the group of players who will represent the country in the tournament, which begins next month. The United States is co-hosting the World Cup alongside Canada and Mexico. This marks only the second time the U.S. has hosted the tournament; the country previously hosted in 1994.
Official rosters must be submitted to FIFA by June 1. The announcement came after Pochettino completed his assessment of available players to finalize the team composition.
The U.S. will begin group-stage play on June 12 against Paraguay at SoFi Stadium outside Los Angeles. The tournament final is scheduled for July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
